Structural work, body work, refinishing and dent repair all happen under one roof at 2033 Christy Drive, on all makes and models, foreign and domestic.
Collision & structural
A modern unibody is engineered to crush in a specific way, which means putting it back is a measurement problem before it is a metal problem. We pull and measure on the rack until the vehicle is back inside factory tolerance — not until it looks close.
Body work & paint
The test of a paint job is whether a stranger can find it in daylight. We mix to the vehicle’s factory formula, spray in our own downdraft booth and blend into the surrounding panels so the color and the metallic lay down the same way they did at the factory.
Paintless dent repair
Door dings, shopping-cart dents and most hail damage share one useful trait: the metal moved but the finish did not break. Paintless dent repair works the panel back from behind with specialist tools, so there is no filler, no paint and no refinish time, which usually makes it both faster and cheaper than conventional body work. It also leaves the factory finish intact, which matters at trade-in.
Not every dent is a PDR candidate. Creased metal, damage on a panel edge or anything that cracked the paint needs conventional repair. An estimator will tell you which one you are looking at.
Theft & glass damage
A break-in is rarely just the glass. There is usually a damaged door, a punched lock, torn trim and an interior full of it. We repair the whole thing as a single claim rather than sending you to three places, and we work with your carrier the same way we do on a collision.
For windshield chips, replacements and ADAS camera recalibration on their own, our sister shop Rusty Drewing Auto Glass operates out of the same building.
Insurance & rental
We hold Direct Repair relationships with most major insurance companies. We write the estimate, photograph the damage and submit it directly for approval, including any hidden damage discovered once the vehicle is apart. That removes the step most people dread, which is waiting for an adjuster to come and look at the car before anything can happen.
When you bring the vehicle in you will be asked to sign our repair authorization, the agreement that lets us disassemble, diagnose and deal with your carrier. You can read it in full, and sign it, before you arrive.
If you need a vehicle while yours is here, rentals are arranged through Jay Wolfe. You book directly with them; we do not set it up for you. If you are paying out of pocket you may qualify for a reduced rate; when insurance is covering the rental, standard rates apply. Ask your estimator and we will point you the right way.
Our warranty
If the work we did fails, we put it right. That covers our labour for as long as you own the vehicle, on every vehicle we repair — not just the brands we are certified for, and not just the ones bought from our group.
Think something is not right months later? Call the shop and bring it back. That is the entire process.
If the vehicle is totalled
Sometimes the damage is worth more than the vehicle. Here is how that actually plays out, because nobody explains it until it is happening to you.
Work already done before a total loss is declared — teardown, storage, towing, scans, moving a non-drivable vehicle — is chargeable, and we give you that schedule in writing. With our Direct Repair insurance partners we waive all total-loss fees, which covers most of the vehicles that come through this shop. If your carrier is not a DRP partner, ask us for the schedule up front and we will hand it to you before anything is disassembled.
You can retain a totalled vehicle and we can technically still repair it. We will be straight with you: there are very few cases where that makes financial sense, and we would rather tell you that than take the job.
The things people actually call and ask. If yours is not here, phone the shop and an estimator will answer it.
No. We repair all makes and models, foreign and domestic. You name it, we can repair it.
Appointments are strongly encouraged and preferred. If you do not have a scheduled time, call before you arrive and we will do our best to fit your estimate in during business hours. You can also send photos through the free online estimate and skip the trip entirely.
We prefer a scheduled date to bring your vehicle in, because we do not want to over-book the work week. A scheduled repair date lets us have the necessary parts on hand before the vehicle arrives.
That said, tow-ins are welcome around the clock and without an appointment, and there is a 24-hour drop box beside the Collision Center shop office door for after-hours drop-offs.
No. We have Direct Repair relationships with most insurance companies, which means we act as the adjuster: we write the estimate, take the photos and send them directly to the carrier for approval.
This lets us get started without waiting for your insurance adjuster to schedule a visit. It applies to hidden damage as well. If we find more once the vehicle is apart, we photograph it, submit it and keep moving rather than stopping the repair. The result is that you get the vehicle back sooner.
It depends on the amount of damage. Some repairs are done the same day; larger structural repairs can take weeks. Parts availability and insurance approval both affect the timeline, and your estimator will give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
Yes — a lifetime warranty on our workmanship, on every vehicle we repair, for as long as you own it. Parts carry the manufacturer’s own warranty, typically 90 days. The warranty is not transferable, so it ends if you sell the vehicle. If something does not look right months later, call the shop and bring it back.
We will tell you as soon as we suspect it, but the determination is your insurance company’s, not ours. Work already carried out — teardown, storage, towing, scans — is chargeable and we provide that schedule in writing.
With our Direct Repair insurance partners we waive all total-loss fees. If your carrier is not a DRP partner, ask us for the schedule before anything is disassembled. You can retain a totalled vehicle and we can still repair it, though it rarely makes financial sense, and we will tell you honestly if it does not.
Your own insurance remains primary while the vehicle is in our care, which is standard for collision repair. Our repair authorization form sets out the terms you are agreeing to when you leave the vehicle with us. Read it before you sign, and ask us about anything that is not clear.
Photograph the damage, send it over and we will come back to you with a written estimate.
