What we collect through this website, why, and how long we keep it.

The short version
We collect what you type into our forms so we can respond to you about repairing your vehicle. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not send it anywhere it does not need to go. If you want a copy of what we hold or you want it deleted, call the shop at 573-644-6725 and ask.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form on this site, we receive the name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, insurance carrier, the service you selected and any notes you write.
Repair authorization records
The repair authorization form is different from an ordinary enquiry, because signing it creates a legally operative record. When you submit it we store your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, any claim number, the fact that you ticked the authorization box, the date and time of submission, and the IP address the submission came from.
The timestamp and IP address exist to evidence that the agreement was signed, in the same way a paper form carries a signature and a date. They are not used for advertising, tracking or profiling, and they are not shared with third parties except where we are legally required to produce the record.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use, such as how many visitors tap to call or start a photo estimate. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors scroll and click so we can find parts of the site that are confusing. Clarity masks the text you type into forms, so your name, phone number and other entries are not captured in those recordings. Both services set cookies and are governed by Google’s and Microsoft’s own privacy policies. You can block them with your browser’s privacy settings or a content blocker, and the site will still work.
To keep automated spam out of our inbox, our forms check how a submission was made (for example, whether it came from a normal web browser and how quickly it was completed), and may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that usually runs invisibly. Submissions that look automated are kept for review rather than discarded.
We do not use this site to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.
Third-party estimate tools
Our “Free Photo Estimate” and “Book an Appointment” buttons take you to Carwise, a service operated by CCC Intelligent Solutions. Anything you submit there is governed by Carwise’s own privacy policy, not this one. Our embedded map is served by Google, which may set cookies when the map loads.
How we use it
- To contact you about your estimate, your repair, or a question you asked us.
- To write estimates and order parts, which involves entering your details and your VIN into CCC One and other repair-industry systems, as described in the repair authorization.
- To communicate with your insurance carrier about your claim, where you have authorized us to do so.
- To keep records we are required to keep as a repair facility.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with marketing companies.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to repair your vehicle or where the law requires it: your insurance carrier, parts suppliers, sublet vendors performing part of the repair, the estimating and diagnostic platforms named above, and our payment processor. Each receives only what that task requires.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept while they are useful for following up and are cleared out periodically. Repair authorizations, estimates and invoices are retained as business and legal records for as long as we are required to keep them.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your enquiry. Records tied to a completed repair or a signed authorization may need to be retained.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.

Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are protected against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything highly sensitive — a social security number, a full card number, a driver’s license image — through a website form. Call the shop instead.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the updated version on this page.
